The Willowdale Estate is an incredible wedding venue in Topsfield, MA. Located within the Bradley Palmer State Park, the estate was built in 1901 as the summer home of Boston attorney Bradley Palmer, and is surrounded by 720 acres of forests, meadows, and winding wooded trails. The house is built in the Craftsman and Tudor Revival architecture, featuring beautiful stonework, high ceilings, and period details such as stained glass and scrollwork.

The grand Mansion can host up to 240 guests for a seated dinner, with its elegant rooms flowing seamlessly from one to another. In warmer months, the Courtyard becomes a focal point for ceremonies and cocktail hours, with the adjacent tent able to accommodate large receptions. For more intimate gatherings, the Conservatory provides a light-filled space with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The Garden Courtyard
Available for ceremonies and cocktail hour from May through October, the courtyard offers a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by colorful gardens and the stone walls of the estate mansion. With the gorgeous seasonal tent this location can accommodate up to 240 guests. Surrounded by sparkling bistro lights, the courtyard is a romantic and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a wedding on a summer night.
The Conservatory
For ceremonies between January and April, the Conservatory is a classic, light-filled space with picturesque views of the surrounding landscapes. The adjoining Great Room can hold up to 125 guests for dinner and dancing. Surrounded by the impressive architecture and details of the mansion, it's a classic and memorable spot for a winter or early spring wedding.
